Bleeding would be cause for concern, if its heavy. Spotting and discharge are normal too. There are also several symptom check in threads. You might find some more information there. I'm mobile so I can't link. Good luck. Drink some water and rest.
I had lots of cramping right before I found out I was pregnant. I took midol thinking that I was about to start. Haha I was told later that cramping was normal, but do be sure to drink lots of water.
I'm 9 weeks with baby #3 and I've had the most horrible cramps of my life the past few weeks. I even had a trip to the er bc they were so painful. But the baby is doing well and the doc says nothing is abnormal. Just round ligament pain and/or uterus getting larger ( which would explain it) best thing to do is relax, easier said than done. But pregnancy gives you tons of wonderful aches and pains and they're more than likely normal and there's nothing to do to stop it! Yay!!
