Newb with Emetophobia

Hey everyone! Just thought I'd 'formally' introduce myself. My EDD is March 9th. Just found out a week ago and have been creeping ever since. I have a case of emetophobia which basically means I'm afraid to get sick. So going into the pregnancy has me wound up like a top. I just keep bracing myself for bad m/s. Aside from the anxiety, all is well. Hoping you ladies will help keep me in check :)

    Welcome and congrats!  If it helps, I never once actually vomited with my first pregnancy.  I think something like close to 50% of pregnancies get by without it.

    Welcome! The good news too is, if you do end up getting m/s there are lots of things you can try to do to alleviate if not eliminate it.

    Welcome and congratulations! I lucked out and had no m/s with my DS, so it is possible. FX you don't have to deal with it. If you do though as previous posters said there are several things you can do to lessen the effects.
