Just got BFP

So I just found out this morning that I'm pregnant and my husband and I are very excited! But now I need to know who do I see first. My PCP? OBGYN? Prenatal doctor? Who do I see first I calculated my first day of my last period and everything and figured I should be due around March, but the bump says I'm 4 weeks along if that's the case so I wanna know what's my first step!? Mommies please help!

    Congrats and welcome.  I would call the OB/Gyn so they can schedule an appointment when they want to see you - usually around 8-10 weeks.  My OB handles all the bloodwork and everything, so I can't say I ever saw my PCP, though I think I did put in a phone call with them during my last pregnancy just to give them a heads up.

    Start by going to the drugstore and getting a prenatal.   Usually OBGYNs won't see you until you're 8-10 weeks or so. (I didn't know this when I got my Pos test... I called, and when they said August, I was like, What??? lol) 

    If you have a regular OBGYN, give them a call next week.  If you don't maybe do some googling, and find one.

    Thank you!!:) I'm trying to figure out everything and I'm worried I'll miss something!:) I'm extremely excited and I just want it to be confirmed already by a doctor!:)

    Welcome and congratulations! I agree with PPs, get yourself a prenatal and call your OB, they will likely have you in at about 8-10 weeks pregnant. Feel free to ask any other questions you might have, no need to worry!

    Welcome and congratulations! Unless your insurance requires it (I have to have a positive test confirmed by my pcp to get a referral to an OB) you can just call your OB to schedule your first appointment.
