Getting pee out of a mattress??

I need help! How do I get urine stains out of my daughters mattress?!?! She's had 3 accidents in 2 weeks and now there is an ugly stain.

    The stains I can't help with, but we got the smell out by rubbing it with a damp cloth, generously sprinkling baking soda on it, letting it dry, and vacuuming it.
