I've been eating like crap since we got home from vacation because there's no decent food in the house and we haven't gone shopping yet. Also, my workouts have been off because my boob hurts. Not a good week for me, overall. Hopefully this clogged duct will clear up soon. I also really need to get back on track with MFP. I was mad because I missed a day and killed my 70 day streak, so I stopped tracking while I was on vacation out of spite for myself. I dare you to find any logic in that.

Its been a not so good week. PMS here and wanting to eat all the things.Kept up with working out, now I just need to get eating under control.

I've had a hard time tracking lately. I'm doing WW and for whatever reason, I can't seem to track my points after like 4pm. That said, I'm doing well though. I'm within 10 lbs of my goal weight.
I've been really good about exercising, but not so good about eating. I haven't been tracking what I eat for a long time. I did track what I ate yesterday and it was much higher than I thought it would be. No wonder I have only been losing about 1/2 a pound a week for the last month. I still don't think I'll track my food because then I get obsessed with it, but I need to not eat junk, cut out the boredom eating, and only eat when I am actually hungry. I also think I need to drink more water. I drink some, but probably not enough especially when I am spending many many hours outside.
I read somewhere that you will never lose weight if you never feel hungry. This is something I need to remember. Hunger is not terrible and I don't have to be hungry all the time, but I shouldn't be eating if I'm not hungry. That is not helping get the weight off.
@dadalou that's exactly what has changed for me, I used to just eat for the sake of eating whether I was hungry or not. I still eat everything I like, just in moderation and I'm seeing good results
