  It might be a sign of something, it might not be. I had a lot of BH and cramps that didn't turn into anything. But even if it's not labor, it could be making early cervical change at least.

  I've been having menstrual-LIKE cramps since about 24 weeks. I've still got an inside baby at 37 weeks. It could or could not mean a thing for coming labor. If you're concerned, call your doctor.
