Anyone do this to reveal sex?

This is my favorite reveal picture. I want to do something similar. Has anyone done it? Any advice?

    I think I have seen that on a couple of the signatures just can't recall who at the moment.

    Yep, @scappylika did it. :)

    I wanted to do it for DD, but never got around to it. I'm contemplating it again this time around. We'll see! My a/s is next Wednesday and we're having our parents over for a reveal dinner that night. I may have them snap a photo of this idea and we'll use that to announce to everyone else.
