RANT, FTM's of boys ...BEWARE!!

Ugh, my son is seven and can not control the pee streem!!! My preggo ass has to pee every half hour and when you have a boy, you learn fast that you MUST check the seat before you sit! I have to pee so bad, the 3 seconds it takes to wipe of the seat is KILLER!!! I've tried to tell him he needs to lift the lid, but if you have a boy you know these little suckers always wait till the very last possible min to "go", oh, and if you're having a girl, get ready to do lots and lots of laundry!!! My girls change outfits like 5x a day!!

    OMG yes!! My 4yr old pees all over the place pair that with my almost 2yr old is just starting to potty train and I would almost rather go outside and pee behind a bush than pee in my own bathroom. One day, when they are grown and gone I will have a clean bathroom again.. right?! Lol!

    Right there with you.  My 4 year old is great about lifting the seat.  The 3 year old, not so much.  I literally have to wipe the seat every time I use the bathroom.

    I'm thankful that my DS decided to sit for the first couple of years! He lifts the lid before peeing all over now! Boys are a little gross when it comes to toilet behavior!

    @beachy6‌ I tried to get my son to sit.... But the hub was not having it. If this one is a boy........ He's sitting!!

    My first has a better chance of hitting the toilet if he stands otherwise it's guaranteed that he will pee all over the floor and wall. He does not get that he has to point it down.

    My son is only 16 months but I am so not looking forward to this! Thankfully DH is very neat and very toilet sets trained so I hope DS follows!

    In my case sitting was worse because he'd never point it down properly and pee would be everywhere!! Standing was actually better! But I'm lucky he always puts the seat up first.

    I have a 5 year old boy and a 2 year old daughter!! What you said is spot on!! My daughter actually started peeing in her clothes if she doesn't like them so she can keep changing!!! And my son and the potty.... Forget about getting it in! Ha!!
