    soooooooo. i pee my pants. i'm actually "due" for one soon...for some reason..i pee when i sleep when i shouldn't..once approx every four years. i remember doing it once randomly when i was 7, 11, 15, 19, and 23.... i actually haven't peed my pants (at night) since..and i'm 29 next month. so i keep thinking it's going to happen soon. i haven't peed otherwise, except when dd was 2 days old. but i was wide awake..and just standing there, not really sure what was going on. it was fantastic.

    During- I would make it in the bathroom and start peeing before I could completely pull my pants down. After pregnancy, my OB put me in bladder therapy so that my pelvic floor muscles would continue to be strong (along with doing my kegels) and I wouldn't pee when sneezing, coughing, etc.

    So I answered after, but I have not legitimately peed myself, I just can't hold it anymore so when I have to go, I have to go now.

    Except right now because I'm sill waiting for LO to fall asleep so I may pee myself here on the floor of his nursery.

    It only happen to me once while I was pregnant. I was 8 months pregnant.

    It happened once really bad when I was about 8 months pregnant. I had just gotten out of the shower and was picking out some clothes when I literally just peed a puddle on the floor. Pretty much my worst moment. And then a couple of little pees during the last couple months when I coughed or sneezed .

    My during pregnancy pee happened at 10 weeks.  I had to pee really badly, but I was in bed with a sunburn feeling like hell so I didn't get up. Then I had to throw up.  I ran to the bathroom, squatted to puke, puked and peed all over the floor. 

    Now, I cross my legs every time I have to sneeze just in case.

    Post preg doing jumping jacks I sometimes couldn't control it. It is better now though.
