I'm here! We have family visiting, so we've been SO busy. We've also been eating out every single day. I'm maintaining, so that's good. One more pound to go!!!
I am new to this. Well I shouldn't be. I'm new to trying to lose weight...The baby weight. I am on day 3 of my own creation of a diet. Its more like a 10 day clean eating cleanse. Only eating a couple of eggs for breakfast, chicken/fish and veggies for lunch and dinner. Trying to drink a TON of water. I'm almost done with day three and I'm down 9 lbs! Which I means clearly I had WAY too much sodium in my body. So I'm glad my 9 lbs of bloating is gone. On to the real lbs. And I worked out with my girlfriend who is a trainer via skype today. Feels good to finally be motivated.
I'm back down to my pre Fourth of July weekend but not much else. Two weeks and two days til I'm in the first wedding of the year. I hope to drop 5 more pounds.
Can I join? I've been trying to lose the last 10 pounds for years now lol. I love working out when
I have time but during busy times in my life thats the first thing to go. Eating well is on and off too. I see good progress when I track my food on MyFitnessPal. Hoping to be more consistent!
I went to a strength/cardio class today and tomorrow I'm going to spin class.

I'm doing good. I'm only weighing myself on Mondays but my eating has been good and I've been doing my work outs regularly. I'm feeling so motivated and proud of myself!
I'm doing pretty good. I went to my first SkyRobics class at our new SkyZone Trampoline Park. It was a lot harder and a bit more boot camp style than I anticipated, but I've never sweat more in my entire life. Literally. Money well spent. Too bad it's $10 each time, or I could be whipped into shape pretty quick!

The scale is finally moving in the right direction! Thanks to @diapersnwipes for the activity suggestions! I've worked out at the gym twice this week, walked an amusement park another day, and today I'm going to do a work out video since dd is sick and we can't do what we had planned.
