Exercise ball - genius

Thank you to those who've mentioned using the exercise ball to bounce LO to sleep. I still can't set DS down once he's asleep, but at least now he doesn't scream for what seems like an eternity when I try to get him to sleep! Yay for small successes!

Now if I could only figure out how to use this thing for exercise while bouncing a baby...hmmm

I realized I was bouncing hunched a little and that messed my back up so I've had to focus on making sure I'm using my feet to bounce. Glad this is helping!

I chose I the smallest one I could find at Target (55cm) since I'm on the shorter side (under 5'4").

I agree this has been so awesome for us! She loves to bounce and I love the mini workout. Tight abs and a flat back and definitely use your legs to bounce! You can do little mini squats also ;-)
