I'm 5 weeks today (EDD 3/12/15)
I received good news today about my beta hcg. It more than doubled from Monday (52) to Wednesday (124)! I still haven't had an ultrasound but I'm praying that this is my rainbow baby! Previous losses (one at 22 weeks; another at 5 weeks) have me nervous and anxious. Please stick little bean!

Congrats to all that are expecting! We're in this together! O:-)

How are you feeling? Pretty good having trouble sleeping belly is getting uncomfortable
Any big changes this week? No big changes
Do you have any appointment updates or news? Next appt is next week
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? Nope
QOTW: Are you planning on doing natural or medicated birth?
I am going to try medfree if I can but I not taking any classes. I am not opposed to meds if needed though

How far along are you?

13 weeks

How are you feeling?

Still feeling sick. I made DH pull over on the way home from our u/s on Monday so I could vomit. I'm not a fan if zofran and have been trying B6 without relief. I think with DS I started to feel better around 15 or 16 weeks. I'm just holding out for that.

Any big changes this week?

None this week.

Do you have any appointment updates or news?

I had an u/s in Monday and baby looked good. I have an appointment with the new OB in the practice on this coming Monday. I don't get the official results until then. Baby was very active and even waved at us.

Do you need any T&Ps for anything?

Just that my appointment in Monday brings good results. We still haven't told anyone yet, but may tell family after that. It is becoming very difficult to hide my belly, but I still am holding off in telling work.

QOTW: Are you planning on doing natural or medicated birth?

Medicated! I have seen too many women go unmedicated, and when something goes wrong they had to have a c-section under general anesthesia. (Obviously I work in medicine). To each their own, but I never want to have a c-section under general anesthesia if I can prevent it. With DS I had an epi at 9 CM. Typically they won't do it that late so I was lucky they let me have it. This time I want to get to the hospital earlier.

T&P your m/s eases up soon and that your appt goes great! I am glad you had a great scan and how cute that baby waved!! You bring up a great point about what if for a csection and having to do general anestesia if no epi already present I had not thought of that.

Any big changes this week? No huge changes to report
Do you have any appointment updates or news? Next appointment is next Monday but it is a regular scheduled one. Gotta also get more blood work to check my iron levels. Hopefully they are high enough that I can avoid the intravenous iron treatment or a blood transfusion.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? It's my loss milestone week. Im hoping it brings some comfort that I got this far. But Im feeling more anxious like that shoe could drop anytime between now and sept 5th

How are you feeling? Feeling pretty good. I'm having some peeing issues when I get up in the middle of the night, but I'm dealing with it.

Any big changes this week? I had to start wearing my belly bands with all of my pants and shorts this week. My mat pants are still too big.

Do you have any appointment updates or news? I have an app on Monday, just for a check up.

Do you need any T&Ps for anything? I'm doing good

QOTW: Are you planning on doing natural or medicated birth? My doctor already has me down for a repeat c/s. I wasn't super attached to the idea of a vbac, so I'm fine with it. At least I'll know what to expect this time.

How are you feeling? At the moment? Quite pukey. Overall, pretty good.
Any big changes this week? Nothing big for me. I'll take that as a good sign for now.
Do you have any appointment updates or news? Nope. My first appt is still 2 1/2 weeks away.
Do you need any T&Ps for anything? Nope
QOTW: Are you planning on doing natural or medicated birth? I would really like an epi again, but I am hoping to VBAC and I know avoiding interventions of any kind can decrease chances of repeat c/s. I'm not sure I could do it without.

So glad you had a wonderful scan! T&P your bloodwork has nothing but good news! I hope the headaches clear up I had them for weeks everyday in early 2nd tri

@Mom2AnAngel2 I had an epi and still ended up under GA by the time my c-section ended. It was awful and it was HOURS before I got to see/hold my baby. I was pretty traumatized by the whole experience.
