Nap: swing v crib?

My 8 month old naps in his swing. He only sleeps for 30 minutes or so. But, he STTN, so the short naps don't really bother me. I'm wondering, though, if I should try putting him in his crib.

Where does your baby nap?

    M naps in his crib since he was 2 months old, he's now 7.
    Sometimes they last 45 min, sometimes 2h !!
    He loves to stretch, so I know the crib is perfect for him.

    He naps in his crib but usually only 30 min. When he naps in his swing, he naps for 1-2 hours. We are trying to get him to sleep in his crib but he hates it! Any tips?

    He likes his swing but I know he's getting too big. He can sleep in the crib or swing but the swing is so much easier.
    I have these tiny people who follow me around and call me mom, they are cute, so I let them stay.
