YIKES!!! I know I haven't been eating differently but holy moly 3lbs in one week! I called the dr and they aren't concerned and I just recently passed my glucose test. Just hope it comes off 3lbs at a time too.

Re: 3lbs in one week!
The most I've gained is 11 in a month. I'm up 30 pounds at 24 weeks and have been worried the past few appointments. My doctor isn't, and tells me she thinks it is just how my body is during pregnancy. It is sooo hard not to think about it, but I'm sure you're fine, OP!

Last go around I gained 5 lbs in one week towards the end of the pregnancy. I was shocked. Just keep your salt intake down a bit and try not to eat out too much - that food always has tons of sodium. Salt can make you retain a bunch of water and put on lots of lbs.
Also, just weigh yourself in the AM right when you wake up. That's the weight I stick with because it makes me feel better. If I weigh myself at night I am up 3-5 lbs versus the morning. That is just insane.
