We went blueberry picking this week and ended up picking 15 pounds of blueberries! Haha oops. So needless to say we are eating tons of blueberries right now! Good thing I have my son in disposable pull ups because the blueberry poops are RIDICULOUS! It gets everywhere when I change him, staining my clothes and it even stains his skin! So this got me to thinking, are there any other foods that don't work well with cloth diapering that you've experienced? I CD my daughter so I'm just wondering if there are highly staining foods I need to be warned about for when she starts solids.

Re: Foods that just don't mix with CDing
Blackberries also stain like blueberries.

This has happened to me before with undigested white rice!

Mostly a lurker, but wanted to chime in....
Grapes. I try to limit them because of the poops. The skins go right through them and stick to the diapers, it's so hard spraying all the little skins out of the diapers. (Not to mention it's a tedious job cutting grapes up for a 2 year old).
Oh...and mandarin oranges, little orange pieces, and SMELLY poop.

also actually on topic... we have been eating tons of fresh corn, blueberries, watermelon and spinach. Those poos are very very interesting. Rainbow colored and full of chunks.

I am paranoid. I still cut them in half for my 4 year old. I cut them in quarters for my 2 year old. They are one of the big choking hazards, so I'd rather cut them.
I actually just found a useful tip for cutting grapes that works (I saw it on facebook). You put them on a cutting board, then press a dinner plate over them. You then take a knife and put it between the cutting board and the plate, sawing the grapes in half. You can do a whole layer in one shot.
