  • I've been so lazy lately. We went 'grocery shopping' but not full shopping when we got back in town...

I'm thinking of ordering some kind of delivery tonight... Either Jimmy Johns or Papa Johns.

  • I'm still working on my morning coffee, but here's my plan.

I made pizza last night. It was pretty awesome. I made it a really thick crust instead of the thin crust I normally make because we only had a tiny 12" pizza pan.

For lunch today I'm having lentils because they're easy and I'm lazy. Tonight we're having pancakes and eggs. Tomorrow we're having tacos, which I'm really looking forward to the most because we have tacos more often than any other meal and this will be the first time since we moved out of our last apartment 2.5 months ago.
Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.
  • I took some chicken out to defrost, so something with that. Maybe I'll do some pasta. The two weeks before H's PT test are the woooorst for dinners and such. He basically eats lean meat and kale. I get so sick of it.

One of my favorite go-tos is a take feta cheese, a bit of greek yogurt, some parsley, oregano, red pepper flake and some lemon zest, mix it together and stuff it in a chicken breast. Serve with a salad with pickled banana peppers on top. Delicious. I also love to do quick fajitas.

  • We're having spicy pork and cabbage soup for dinner.  Well, DH and I are having soup.  It's too spicy for my son, so he'll have noodles.

  • Tonight, we are grilling pizza :)

When I don't know what to make I usually just make some pasta and a salad, quick, easy, and I always have pasta on hand.

  • @VeggieFan‌, stupid question I guess but how do you grill a pizza? That sounds like it would be awesome!

It is rather fantastic! You use fresh pizza dough, make it or buy it, and cook it on the grill until it is pretty well cooked (on both sides). Then add the sauce and toppings and throw it back on the grill to melt the cheese (if you put that on) and cook the toppings a little, then prepare your face for awesome! :) Easy and yummy!! The hardest part is stretching out the dough!

  • @VeggieFan‌ we are getting pizzas tonight too!! BBQ chicken pizza with grilled onions, and goat cheese/fig jam/onion pizza with a white pesto sauce. It's super easy ladies! We don't use a pan .. Just put the fresh dough right on the grill after you put a little olive oil on it if you like it crispy!

  • Jalapeño macaroni and cheese. Boil noodles and chopped jalapeños, drain and leave in strainer. Put whole milk, a package of shredded taco cheese and about half a jar of white queso cheese in the pan and wait until shredded cheese fully melts. While you are doing that cook polish sausage/brats whatever on George Foreman and then cut up into bite size chunks, add to cheese sauce and then put the noodles in. About 10-15 min.
