Everything is looking great!! Babybee was squirming all over the place and being very uncooperative. The u/s tech kept having to jiggle him/her around and then sent me out to walk around a little to get the baby in a better position to take the measurements. The babe did finally cooperate, is measuring 4 days ahead and passed the first part of the NT scan with flying colors.

I had the bloodwork done and didn't pass out this time! Woohoo! I am just tickled pink with how everything went.

Also, sorry I'm a newb, so apologies if this has been asked... but you mentioned passing out. ?I pass out every single time I get blood drawn, so it's a major fear while TTC. ?I'm guessing you have a similar situation - has it gotten any better? ?Have the docs said anything? ?TIA, and congrats again!

I've only passed out once from having my blood drawn (other things blood-related all the time, though). That was at my last appointment for the pregnancy. So this time I was really freaked out that it would happen again. I was told to tell the person drawing my blood so they could have me lie down. The lady who did my draw was not at all sympathetic, but the chairs are reclined anyway, so that helped a lot I think. Sorry to hear it happens to you, I know it can be scary (and embarassing!). Aaah, the things we have to go through, huh? Smile

I know! ?I passed out at my pre-conception blood draw and was mortified, I thought I was doing so well! ?Glad to hear I'm not the only one it happens to, hopefully I'll get over it eventually. ?Thanks, GL, and congrats again!?

I was so proud of myself after the first blood draw, too. Then I woke up all crunched over in my seat....oops.
