They are cute but I would never eat it. I would toss it the minute I left shower.

I agree that they're cute, but I wouldn't eat them either. If you're set on having it match the theme, about sugar cookies in animal shapes? I'd eat a good frosted sugar cookie.

But, I'd check with your hostess first -- She probably already has it covered.

I'm not a big fan of favors at baby showers. Wasted money and energy on something most people will toss.

I'm leery of eating anything from oriental trading. I'd probably toss it as well.

My shower is this Saturday and my favors are "after dinner mints" inside of little mesh draw string bags.

I'm not trying to be snarky, but I'm legitimately curious as to why you "would love to receive it as a favor" if you don't think you would eat it? Do you "love" obtaining candy for purposes other than consumption?

Because it's cute! I would pick it up and say, aw, that's cute! And then I'd probably Instagram it. I love favors and these are adorable.

For a wedding shower I just did, I went to Starbucks and asked for their re-usable cups that are only $1. Plus the user gets $0.10 off of every purchase with it. I have 30 out as thank yous and stuff them each with a single use crystal light packet and coffee packet. For about $1.60/each favor I thought they rocked. Why do I bring this up, they have a green Starbucks emblem, so stuff them with brown tissue paper and call it safari themed.

I am also having a jungle/safari theme for my baby shower. My hostess found this picture on pinterest and is trying to do something similar. Something simple and cheap.
