Progesterone level falling and afraid...update great u/s (Chicagojackie)

Hey ladies say a quick prayer for me and my February baby. My hcg looked great but the progesterone is falling again. This time 30-->20. I feel so irrationally guilty that I can't seem to keep my progesterone up for my babies. 
with dd everytime the level bounced around I was a total wreck. Now that we have her it is better and worse all at once. I can't imagine if she would have come flying out of there.
Doc had just changed dosing to 100mg alternating with 200mg and hopefully that is it. He offered me an us so I could see LO and not be so afraid and of course I'm going (work be damned!!).
Think of us this morning please. I know you all know where I'm at and thank you so much for just being here. Pgal brain the worst. I want my naive first pregnancy afraid of nothing brain back

LO Measuring perfect and hb 140's! So happy and grateful. Mama worn our from ugly crying all morning though. Back to work

For what it is worth, when they were watching my progesterone early on, I was fluctuating between 50 and 20.

Ob says risk of loss at this point is low since this is a spontaneous conception and my diabetes is under good control.
He also said the progesterone levels fluctuate (thank you bumpies as well) but we gotta go back up on the dose. I will feel icky but anything for this rainbow baby!!
