Folding FST

Can anyone recommend a site to look at about learning to fold them. I was buying new bar mops today to replace the old stained ones, right next yo them was FSTs. So I grabbed some to try since they get so much love around here. But I have no clue what are good folds. Also, what should I do to prep them? I was thinking one wash cycle since they are so thin?

    I washed mine once. I fold them in fourths and do regular prefold folds.
    TTC with PCOS since November 2009
    IUI#1 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP, m/c
    IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
    beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
    beta #2 11/28 = 2055
    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    I did the mini kite fold for a while until A got too big. Now I usually just fold in fourths and tri-fold or pad fold them to stuff in a pocket or lay in a cover
