LO didn't poop for 5 days so I called the nurse line. She said it's very common and has even had babies go 14 days. She suggested rectal temp, tummy to tummy, warm bath....but nothing more than that since it's so common. Just be prepared that it'll be quite the pooplosion when it happens.
Oh, she did say it does become an issue if they're not eating or seems like they're in pain.
