After being back on MyFitnessPal for three weeks now I find that I am often eating the same thing day after day. What are your go-to recipes and snacks? I do a little bit of MFP diary stalking, but can we get our share on here too please?
March 2017 September Siggy Challenge: Favorite Fall Things
I do Greek yogurt, fruit, cheese sticks, raisin bran, almonds for snacks. When I bring the fruit home I wash it as soon as possible so when I need a snack it is ready to eat.
Breakfast is usually hard boiled egg with fruit and English muffin or sometimes oatmeal but I have to be really careful with how much oatmeal I eat.
Lunches are usually a salad or a turkey sandwich.
Dinners have been chicken, pork or fish with lots of veggies. Sometimes brown rice.
Really loving my homemade egg muffins. It's eggs, veggies, sometimes a bit of meat and cheese baked in muffin cups. I bake a batch then put them in the fridge. 30 seconds in the microwave when I need some protein! Delicious, easy, cheap, endless possibilities.
Yogurt and fresh fruit are at the top of my list these days too.

April 14 August Siggy Challenge- "This time last year.."
My food choices revolve around what is easy & quick these days. For breakfast it's oatmeal/fruit or yogurt/fruit. Lunches are normally what was for dinner last night or a sand which with lunch meat. I've found Dave's killer light bread, which helps with my love of bread. It's thin sliced & only 70 cal/slice.
Dinner is what I can put on the grill or cook easily. So lots of chicken sausages with an easy side , like grilled corn or potato. I also do stir fry with udon noodles, salads with grilled chicken breasts. We do loads of veggie burgers too.
I just really read labels to see what a serving size is & I weigh my food a lot to ensure I'm not overdoing the portion size. A kitchen scale is my new favorite tool!

OMG, I need to try that.
