I am really curious. If I had to guess I would say head down, facing out and mostly hanging out on the right side. I have what I'm guessing a knee right by my belly button and it moves back and forth all day long. I loooooove it, but just starting today I'm getting kicks to the ribs and that's an interesting sensation.... Had anterior placenta with DS so this is all new to me!
I have no idea. He has been breech most of this pregnancy. I only know that because most of the movement I feel is under my belly button and Ive had 5 ultrasounds to this point and he was breech in all 5 haha.
However, in the last 2 weeks or so, in addition to kicks or punches down low, Ive also felt some up high on the right side and have felt a lot more pressure and fullness in my pelvis so there is a chance hes been campped out head down.

In the morning and when I get to work he is head up and feet down, dancing on my bladder all. day. LONG.
After dinner, however, we will watch him wiggle my tummy all around for about an hour and then he will rest on a butt up position with feet and head out to the sides. Not sure why he likes it that way - it must be how he sleeps - since the evening is the only time he seems to do that.
He's head down but I swear spinning like a top and pushing off with his feet launching himself into my bladder and cervix. Thanks lil dude. Feels awesome.
Just had my 30 week ultrasound and she is head down curving up my left side. Makes sense now that I have confirmation because most of the movement I feel is on my right side where her feet are. I've also had the bulge to the left of my belly button where her butt is She's almost ready!!
Breech at my last check-up, but I think she has flipped because I felt hiccups waaay low down the other day. Leaning to the right side, that's for sure.
I think she is head down. I feel the harder kicks up high near my ribs and I finally felt hiccups the other day and they were kind of low. So I am pretty sure she is head down.
I will know for sure this Friday when we have a 3D/4D ultrasound!
To be honest, I have no idea! Where I feel the hiccups varies, and although I feel movement way up in my ribs, it doesn't feel like kicks so much as just rolling around...she's mostly on my right side, that's about all I can tell.
Next week I have an ultrasound, so that'll de-mystify my wriggly weirdo.
She has been head down a good portion of this pregnancy, but for the last week I've been only feeling stuff super low and nothing above my belly button like I was. I felt her hiccups today and they were kind of up near my belly button. I plan to ask tomorrow at my appointment if they can tell...I've been a bit obsessive over it lately.
I'm pretty sure she has been breech this whole time. She was at my anatomy scan way back at 21 weeks, all my kicks are still way below my belly button, and at my appointment on Monday the doc felt my stomach and said she was pretty sure she is still breech.
I gotta say though, it was a little bit of a trip when the doc was feeling around and goes "this hard spot is probably her head". I don't know why, but just knowing she was touching the head was unbelievable to me. FTM shock here haha
Head down and facing my spine but still really high up! Her hiccups (that I just started feeling in the past couple days!) are above my belly button or higher. She likes to roll over right under my belly button and lay on her other side, but this past week she's stayed completely snuggled against my left side. Lil Bugger hasn't gotten under my ribs yet (knock on wood) likes to kick right under my boobs and punch my opposite side and the same time. Tricky baby
The u/s tech confirmed what I thought...head down, curled up my right side with her feet up in my left ribs. She loves to migrate up and push on mommy's stomach...not cool kiddo, not cool.

This morning, doc said he was head down with his bum along my right side. Which makes sense, given I feel kicks either high on the right, or straight across on the left. I think he rolls a bit though - I usually have a big bump on the right side that I assume is his back/butt, but sometimes it shifts to the left for a little while. But he's been on my right side for the majority of this pregnancy (even in the beginning, my bump was lopsided til he got too big to only stay on one side). I guess he has a preference lol.
But he's been head down for at least two months, with his head squarely on my bladder. Ouch.

I think my LO just flipped to a breech position a few days ago since her hiccups are strongest on my upper right side instead of down low. Her movements also feel different. Its crazy feeling different body parts pushing out, but I still cant tell what is what
She's everywhere these days, and I love it. She hangs out mostly on the right side, but will shift over to the left every now and then. She had been head down for quite a while, but I'm pretty sure she's flipped back to breech now since they found her heartbeat much higher up on my belly this week than two weeks ago.
I was hoping my doctor could tell me yesterday (28w appt) but he didn't have much to say about ANYTHING. I always feel so rushed! I think my LO is breech because it literally feels like someone's tap dancing/tip toeing on my bladder. Also I have yet to get a kick to the ribs! But I do think he rolls a lot because my stomach gets super hard in certain spots. I mean WHAT is going on here??? Haha
Edit: saw someone else's post about where the doctor found the heartbeat, and now that I think about it he had the doppler below my belly button. Now I'm really curious!
Most of the time, her feet are up in my right ribs. She pushes against my ribs a lot. Other than that, I think she's often sitting on my bladder. I feel little tickling movements much lower and to the left so I think those are punches. Maybe my dr will be able to tell me at my next appointment.
Baby is transverse as of yesterday appt. Going to start doing some spinning baby exercises the next few weeks if he doesn't start to move one way or the other! Think he likes showing off his butt!
Also head down, but curving up my right side. Head butting my bladder and feet jabbing at my ribs! How do they continue taking up more and more room?? There's nowhere left to go but out!
Transverse. Head to the right, butt to the left. All limbs going down (that's fun). My daughter was transverse my entire pregnancy. She turned sunny side up at the end. I labored for 21 hours, she flipped and came out 5 minutes later.
