  Had my guided uterus tour this morning and only one foli (again) despite meds and injectables...sigh.  So, no IUI for me. I'm going to trigger tonight then progesterone starting Thursday if for no other reason that it will make my next cycle start on time.
  
  On the plus side, I don't have to drive 3 hours each way back and forth in the middle of my trip this weekend for and IUI, nor do I have to have baby sex while there with my family.

  @jimbobcooter OMG i would be flipping too! why can't this just be smooth sailing for you guys!? I am really hoping it was a fluke AFC and her AMH is gloriously high. you guys deserve a frickin break already. I AM LOVING the sailing pic... he is so serious there! hahahah what a stud.

  @jimbobcooter I'm sorry you are dealing with more delays, I really hope that the number is a fluke and your donor gets the green light!!!

  @bananappeal415 I'm hoping that this more relaxed cycle with what I am assuming is one amazeballs follie will get the job done

  The nurse just called- progesterone is 51!!!!!! Last month it was 25... Is this a good sign?! Please oh please let this be my month!!! Beta is Friday, I will probably poas Thursday...

  Lots of BFN's & failed IUI's w/clomid and/or femara
  Finally BFP with femara & t.i.- son born 6/17/2010
  Started TTC again around when DS was 3ish
  Lots of BFN's with femara & t.i & ovidrel
  Tubes clear, S.A came back low motility but high count
  About to switch to injectables w/femara, did one last cycle with just femara & an IUI with ovidrel- stupid motility was fantastic in the sample, but count was 700,000 AFTER wash! Had to sign a paper to even still do IUI- BFFP (big fat freaking positive) Go figure!
  1st Beta 13dpiui 54, 2nd beta 48 hours later 115, 3rd beta 48 hours later 310, 4th beta 72 hours later 1748.

  I am really pulling for you, but please don't read too much into progesterone levels. I have had really crappy low progesterone and been KU and then had numbers in the 80's and a BFN. Again still pulling for you, but also trying to protect you from pinning too much hope on something that may nt be a good indicator, but also yay for good progesterone!

  Everyone's got exciting things going on and I'm over here like, yay, I o'ed on my own.  I had been getting better each cycle for a while there, but last cycle seems to have thrown everything off.  ButI finally o'ed on 4th of july, here's to a fireworks baby!  And we did have excellent timing.  So, for the next few days, I'm going to fantasize about telling DH that I'm pregnant while we're on our first baby-free vaca in Napa which is in a few weeks.  Yep, I know it's a long shot, but heck, why shouldn't this be our cycle.  And I'm not going to let my fear of hurting when its BFN stop me from enjoying the hope that it could be a BFP.

  EH is still on Clomid and supplements. If he has a good SA this time around then I'll be back in Clomid. We are waiting for our fire inspection for adoption stuff and they are slow!

  DH is back to normal after his surgery. He's some kind of robot and was up and moving around the next day. This cycle was surely a bust just because of timing, but here's hoping we get some good results on everyone's tests over the next several months!

  @Designer303 thanks for putting this together and good luck with your IUIs this week. I'm actually 5DPIUI. My progesterone BW check is Wed 7/9 and then I leave to meet DH in Vegas Thursday to hopefully relax and cross my fingers for a BFP next week :-) Beta 7/16 so I'll probably test 7/14 12DPIUI.

  We made a very big decision yesterday.  We are going to move to IVF at the beginning of August.  I am over the disappointment of BFNs after medicated IUI cycles.  Because of my diagnosis (extremely low AMH) my RE said from the beginning that IVF with PGS testing will give us an idea of whether or not I'm still producing viable eggs.  I'm not really scared about all of the drugs and how my body will react, I'm more scared of possibly hearing that it's the end of the road for me and I need to close this chapter of my life.  IVF could work for us or I might not have any eggs left....who knows.  I was accepted into my doctorate program for September and I'll be teaching one class so we decided that August would be a better time for an IVF cycle rather than September.   

  
  

  I go in today for my IVF blood work and antra follicle count.  I don't know exactly what program I'll be put on but I know i'll start meds around August 9th and egg retrieval will be the week of August 18th.

  No AF yet. 16 dpo, and this bitch is taking her sweet time! I am going to pick up some more hpt's I suppose and pee on them until my vagina starts bleeding, or something....
  
  DH and I decided that we are cx our RE appointment. At this point, idk when we will reschedule. We did some digging and DH got a little freaked out by the numbers of OOP treatments and he just isn't quite sure we should take on that much financial responsibility right now.
  
  My new game plan is going all natural. I am going to clean up my diet, and get some all natural supplements. Manage my IR in hopes that it helps with my PCOS.
  
  idk what else to do right now. My heart is a little broken about the RE, because I am SO ready to have a baby... but at the same time I completely understand where DH is coming from.

  @Frenchteachermama‌ glad you guys have a solid plan, and soon! Fwiw my AFC was 4-6 and my AMH 0.62 and RE told me he's had women with AMH of nearly 0 go on to do IVF and have a successful birth!! There is hope for us! I will be rooting you on so hard!

  BFP #7 (beyond surprised again!) 4/26/16. EDD 1/5/17. beautiful betas!!!! and then near-fatal hemorrhagic corpus luteum. turns out baby was ectopic after all; another lap 5/6 (@24dpo).

  Surgery scheduled 12/12/14 to fix possible isthmocele

  3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15

  Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015

  2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN

  TTC#1 May 2009- July 2010 on our own with no luck

  Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man.  Born 12/2/11

  TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended

  Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good.  Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.

  Back with RE as of January 2014...

  5/27/14- Chemical Pregnancy

  April 2015 IVF#1

  5/13/15- BFP, please stick LO!
