We sold our house!

Omg I am in denial we got the call our first day of vacation. We countered and they accepted. We did all the signing via E sign over internet. Inspections are Monday and they want to close august 8!

    Probably going to build. Dh's grandma just moves into a nursing home. She has a thee bedroom house really close to us so we will probably move in there while we build. We are going to look at houses too but there just isn't much right now.
