    TW loss mentioned 

    **BFP#1 9/5/12   EDD 5/15/13  changed to 5/25/13 after u/s,  missed mc 10/19/12.  D and C 10/22/12** 
     **BFP#2 9/12/13  EDD 5/16/14 changed to 5/27/14 after u/s, hb 126 on 10/11/13, miscarriage on 10/24.13**
    ~RPL testing results from 12/6/13 show everything normal except elevated prolactin. Blood work is now in the normal range. All AL welcome!

    IVF #1 with PGS: 10/2013: Canceled 9/27/2013 for issues with genetic lab

    IVF #1.5 with PGS: 11/16/2013: Canceled. 11 eggs retrieved, 9 mature & 9 fertilized, all unhealthy embryos

    IVF #2: 1/22/14: Canceled. 16 eggs retrieved, 14 mature, 7 fertilized, all unhealthy embryos

    IVF #3 with PGS: 5/10/2014: Switched to FET in July. 10 eggs retrieved, 9 mature, 8 fertilized, 2 healthy embryos!

    BFP#2 8/25/2013 MC confirmed 10/16/2013 @ 12 wks (D&C 10/18)

    Diagnosis: unexplained RPL, unexplained IF.

    Also have hypothyroidism

    Started TTC again 12/2013

     

    IUI#1:Clomid CD 3-7, Trigger'ed CD 12. IUI CD 14. BFN

    IUI #2:Letrozole CD 3 - 7, Follistim CD 9, Trigger CD 10, IUI CD12. BFN

    Current plan: IVF with PGD. Antagonist - Vivelle Protocal. Stim start 12/1. ER 12/14.

    03/14: Femara 5mg, IUI --> 1 follicle @ 27d --> BFP! EDD 12/02/14--> blighted ovum, missed MC 6w6d --> D&C
    4/23: D&C...starting over again, with a little part of my heart broken off
    5/31: Femara 7.5mg --> cancelled cycle, no follies
    7/14: Femara 5mg + brevelle + menopur + IUI --> converted to IVF, ER 7/28 --> ET cancelled due to severe OHSS.

    So update on the meeting:  It was totally awkward having to sit there and recount my miscarriage dates but she was very understanding and guided me through it so I actually didn't become a crying buffoon.  She got specifics examples from me and the dates they occurred and asked a lot of questions.  She said the next steps are to talk to my boss tomorrow morning and she did warn it will be hard to keep it confidential as I am the only woman who works for her.  She will also be interviewing the people who were witness to various conversations.  She hopes to have her report out by the end of this week so I'm glad she is moving quickly on it.

    Background on what happened that prompted the complaint: after my boss found out about my first loss she was very adamant about how she doesn't want pregnant people working for her.  She stated they just miss a lot of work and then leave. Ever since then she has treated me horribly and I felt my only option was to file a complaint.

    Thanks for thinking of me ladies it really helped calm my nerves while in the interview.

    Glad to hear it went well!  I won't be on much the next couple of days since I'll be on vacation, but I'll be looking for an update when I return!  {{hugs}} you did the right thing!

    Wow, good for you for standing up for yourself. I am so proud of you for that, because I don't know if I would've been strong enough to do the same thing. I hope HR takes it seriously and something can be done! Good luck with the whole situation! @lilnugget19
