  I would think you only need one unless you buy another one to keep at someone else's house. I loved my bouncer with DD and she used it daily but I would have had no use to run out and buy another one.

  We have one and I just moved it around the house. Flame worthy but I would pick it up and carry it from room to room with DS in it. It was the only way I showered for months.

  I think you could get by with none, but I would max out at 1. No need to have un-used items collecting dust.

  I got the rainforest fisher price one. Actually I was given two, but I returned the one. I plan on carrying it around the house if need be. The plan is for it to spend most of the time on the first floor (especially when I am cooking) and only be upstairs when I shower. The mamaroo will be upstairs in the nursery, so I didn't feel the need for a bouncer up there. If LO loves it and I find a cheap one, then I might get another for grandma's.

  I really liked having them at grandparents' houses, but we were there a lot. If you're not going to be visiting all that often, it might not be worth it.

  My dd HATED the bouncer. As in she started screaming like her skin was being pealed off.
  
  My ds loved the bouncer so much, I think he would have spent 24 hours in the thing and been content if we would have let him. He would cry when we took him out.
  
  I'm kind of going that this one is somewhere in the middle of the two.

  I have a snuggle one and one I got from free from my OB's office after having DD (won some raffle) and I think both have their place. The snuggle one is great when they are little for napping etc but the other kind are great for playing when they are a little older.
