S/O from Karlamo's intro - what does your SO think about F14?

Seeing @karlamo's intro reminded me of my H. He's such a vicarious dirty lurker and it cracks me up.

He always wants to know what's happening on TB, and he's obsessed with people's screen names but is always messing them up. He calls @tyrannosauruslex "T-Cat," @sakura0019 "Shakira Shakira," and @golfergirl08 "Golfy." @rosiepeare is "The book girl." I may mention someone once, or he'll see it on my screen, and he takes it and runs with it.

And now, whenever we see any dog anywhere, he goes "Hey look, it's a Codypup!"

He also likes to peek over my shoulder and stare at people's siggies. @kalimom2be, your scooter man last month was a big hit.

...this post makes my H sound like a huge creepster, but I swear it's adorable.

My DH pretty much has no clue about The Bump. I prefer it that way - it's my thing.

DH doesn't ever look at the board (to my knowledge) but if we are discussing a baby question he'll often say 'why don't you ask your board?' And I'll tell him about interesting stuff I see or learn on it.

When my DH tries to talk to me and I don't respond right away he will say "oh so sorry you must be bumping" lol.... Other then that he doesn't get involved

He knows that I post to a pregnancy message board and I think he knows it's TB, but I don't think he knows how often. I've been blogging for a long time and met people online through that, so I think he's used to my internet friends.

My DH knows almost nothing about TB other than, "that message board you go on sometimes." Occasionally I'll tell him a story or fact I learned, but for the most part he's clueless.

He's on some fish tank hobbyist message board that I know nothing about as well

DH doesn't mind that I bump. He doesn't lurk though. He will read something if I ask him to, and he occasionally looks over my shoulder if something catches his eye (like a funny soggy, or a cute baby), but that's it. I do think he appreciates all of the useful information that I've gleaned from F14 though!

He can suck it. He generally thinks I rely too heavily on information found on the internet. It's probably because if it's got more than 2 sentences he doesn't have the attention span to read it. More or less a 7 page thread of nonsense.

My h is pretty use to tb by now and knows I get lots of info here which he totally appreciates. I know he wishes I spent less time online, but I also know he has no idea how much I'm actually on...he doesn't lurk!!

He knows about TB, knows I'm part of BMBs, but isn't a huge fan. He doesn't get why I'd post a question about an issue we are having for feedback. Uhh, because that's the point? Especially since I don't really have IRL mommy friends close to me to talk to?

Funnily, though, when he's looking for answers on something, he's referenced Bump posts....

My H refers to you guys as my Internet Friends. He doesn't really feel strongly one way or another about TB. And I have a lot of IRL friends that I originally met through TK/TN on the local boards.

Even though I'm "only" F14 friends with you guys, I really love and value the support here. We have an awesome BMB.
