With 4 weeks in a row - @WorkInIt - Fantastic job with getting in lots of workouts!  And popcorn is a pretty healthy snack, so long as it's not drenched in butter ;-)

With 3 weeks in a row - @RedCherry1109 - Excellent job sticking with your routine - keep up the good work!

  • What did you do last week?
    Ate decently and went on several walks. After reading this weeks spam thread, I'm totally motivated to get back on the bandwagon.

    What are your plans for this week?
    We are going to visit friends in Philadelphia, so probably lots of walking. We are also going to Baltimore for our anniversary and to go to a Justin Timberlake concert. So probably mostly just walking around, and I'm going to try to be pretty good with my food choices.

    What's your long-term/mid-term goal?
    Healthier lifestyle and lose a total of 15 pounds.

    GTKY: What're you reading right now?
    I just finished Lean In, and I'm currently reading Happier at Home by Gretchen Rubin (I also read her book The Happiness Project which I really enjoyed). DH is paranoid that I'm not happy, I am, but I am always looking for ways to be even happier!
