Merry Tuesday ladies! Thanks for @ChicagoChic82 for the reminder that I was supposed to be posting something today ;-)
What did you do last week?
What are your plans for this week?
What's your long-term/mid-term goal?
GTKY: What're you reading right now?
And for the leader-board this week!
The lovely ladies at the top of the leader-board with 5 weeks in a row:
@ItsStackie - That's a whole lot of canoeing! Hopefully you got some really nice beach walks in! @kdc2007 - I hope you were able to get the workouts you wanted in before your long weekend! @kh59 - Sounds like you've really hit the groove with working out - keep it up! @mamainVA2013 - It's hard to stay on the bandwagon all the time - sometimes a break is just as important! Hope you had a better week this week! @phishgirl29 - Woohoo holiday beers! Hope you got some gym time in there too! @Pitchslap - At least judging eyes are good for something?
With 4 weeks in a row - @WorkInIt - Fantastic job with getting in lots of workouts! And popcorn is a pretty healthy snack, so long as it's not drenched in butter ;-)
With 3 weeks in a row - @RedCherry1109 - Excellent job sticking with your routine - keep up the good work!
With 2 weeks in a row - @WasNotWas - I hope YH has been around more so you can get some evening workouts in!
And a warm welcome (and welcome back) to -
@meganchase - I hope your 2 hour run went well this past weekend! @mshukh - A barre class at a ballet academy sounds like a wonderful way to reach your goal of gaining definition and flexibility, not to mention super fun!

What are your plans for this week? Gym (same as the week before)
What's your long-term/mid-term goal? Tone up!
GTKY: What're you reading right now? The Goldfinch. I really like it so far (I'm about 300 into it so far).
@musicalsilver You forgot me
But I still love you anyway
Last week- I did good working out daily. Great with my diet. And, I also got a few really good runs in. It's tempting me to try and sign up for a half again...
This week- I started PiYo! So, far I love it! I'll probably still be mixing in running for extra cardio. But, after the first day that was pretty much just running through the basics, I could feel it. Even in my abs. I never get sore in my abs. It has me pumped.
Goal- I have pretty much decided to stop weighing myself regularly. I weighed myself when I started PiYo yesterday and I'll weigh myself when I'm done. But, the scale is a dick and isn't always an accurate representation of the work you put in. I have gained 3lbs over the last month, but my arms have thinned out and toned up, as have my legs and my stomach. Eff the scale. My goal is just to look and feel fit. Whatever that number is on the scale, I don't really care.
QOTW- I miss reading
I used to love accomplishing nothing for a few days while I had my face in a book. I need to find one.

This week: Runs will be more difficult since DH goes in earlier, but I will try with the stroller.
Goal: make it through that half marathon.
Reading: a parentin book called super baby.
worked out when I could and pretty much stayed on my diet!
What are your plans for this week?
To do the same!
What's your long-term/mid-term goal?
To feel better about my self!
GTKY: What're you reading right now?
Kiddie books! I'm not a reader so the only time I do it is when I read to my boys.

IT'S A BOY
This week I want to keep up the am walking and do a couple of pm videos.
Goal: I joined dietbet and put down $ that I would lose 4% of my weight in 28 days. I needed a kick in the (maternity) pants. I'm wearing regular pants today and they are tight but they buttoned.
I'm reading the 4th book in the Outlander series, Drums in Autumn.
