Hi there! I'm from the April '14 group so this is a XP...

Does this look okay for the ergo? LO is 2 months old which I know is young to have his legs out, but he screams when he has them in and tries to stand up. If his knees come out past the "pouch", is legs out okay? I have a rolled up blanket under his butt, but his knees are still higher than his butt.

Can't see for sure but he looks fine. You want to make sure he can swing at the knee and that the carrier doesn't come over the middle of his ear - if that's so, you are good to go! And you definitely want legs out if he is pushing to stand.

We did legs out early too, but used a Cuddly Wrap (like a Moby) for the first few months, we tried the Ergo, but we all liked the wrap better until she was probably closer to five or six months. Just another option if you are comfortable yet with the Ergo positioning.
