My morning sickness isn't bad, but my food aversions are crazy. At the beginning of my first pregnancy all I could eat was cheese, yogurt and fruit. This time cheese sounds good but nauseates me, yogurt only rarely sounds ok and fruit is still good. I just can't come up with anything to eat. Pasta, my usual comfort food, tastes awful. Even a peanut butter sandwich gave me heartburn. So, I need some ideas! What can you/could you eat when nothing else would go down?
Re: First Tri - what can you eat?
It also helped me to eat a few carbs first, then protein.
January PAL siggie challenge; Good advice:
I love chicken but its not sitting to well with me. I should try boiled eggs. Hopefully my m/s goes away soon and I can eat normal! Good luck
