Need energy??

I am 6 weeks pregnant and am struggling to make it through the day let alone a day of work! I'm in patient care so my job requires complete focus. What have some of you ladies done or ate to boost your energy?!

  • Napping when I can. Seriously. All I can do at this point is give into it! haha
  • vitamin b complex. I take it everyday. It helps with nausea too.

  • Advocare has an amino acid drink called "spark", and is fine to drink one a day while pregnant. I have split it up and do half in the AM, and the other half in the afternoon to give me my pick me up :)
  • Cafecreme and pearsforpops ... Any recommendations on a vitamin b supplement brand wise... I have severe nausea every morning no sickness though so if it helps with that too that would be a miracle!!
