I always check this but never feel good enough about my menu to post, but this week we're doing a little better. I think in a couple weeks I'm going to try out that blue apron thing someone else posted about b/c that sounds awesome.
Monday: Pasta alla Norma left over from sunday (my MIL gave us an eggplant, herbs and tomatoes this weekend when we saw her over the 4th. I wish I gardened. Maybe when the youngest is a little older...)
Tuesday: Steak and green beans and potatoes
Wednesday: Mushroom ravioli and spinach salad
Thursday: A one dish mac n cheese meal with ham and peas...but it's Annie's Mac n Cheese so I'm telling myself this isn't too bad.
