Morning sickness

I had horrible morning sickness with my first two pregnancies. So far, I've noticed a signifcant decrease in morning sickness. Granted, I'm only 7 weeks along. However, with the first two, I noticed nausea before my period was even late.

Can nursing during peegnancy be the cause of this?

    I didn't have morning sickness with my first obviously not BFing, but had mild morning sickness with my second and was BFing.  I think as pp said, it's just a different pregnancy.
