Hey all, 
so I have a dilemma.  As babies so often do, my DS sometimes makes  a mess of his RnP.  I keep a pad down by  his bum for diaper messes, but recently he's spit up into the RnP and sometimes the diaper messes get to more area than just the water proof pad. What do y'all do  for protecting the RnP from messes? I know the inside is removable and washable, but it is such a hassle to do that.  I wish they had sheets or something to cover it, so when a mess is made, I can just change the sheets, instead of tearing the whole bed apart!  thoughts?

    I have the water proof pads, I just wish I could find something a little tighter...I don't want anything loose.

    I lay a blanket over it so there's always a barrier between the baby and the cover.

    I agree with the PP. Your baby may need a bigger diaper size, different brand, or to be changed more often with your blowout problem. As for staying cleaner after that issue is solved, I'm sure a blanket and some cloth diapers (used as burp cloths) would suffice.

    Def look at the diaper size. LO's body was still fitting into NB, but her blowouts weren't.

    BRU has waterproof changing pad liners. I put one of those under LO in her swing and RNP. They come in packs of 3, I have several as I use them on the changing pad in our room and on the PNP. I was using a folded-up burp cloth until I picked up extra pad liners.
