Contractions started at 7am, July 5th. They were very irregular so I was sure if it was the real deal. By 9 o'clock they were every 4-5 minutes and 30 seconds long. Called my dh and he came home from work, took my son to my moms and we went to the hospital. When I got to the hospital they monitored me and checked me. I was already 5cm dilated. I was admitted and continued to labor until about 3pm when I got my epidural. After my epidural they check me and I was 7cm. They decided to break my water. And once they did that contractions became very frequent and I had a ton of pressure. By 5:30 I was 10cm and 100% effaced. After about 10 pushes at 5:41 our little girl was born. This delivery was 10 times worse then my first but now I feel great. Our little girl is perfect and is doing great! 7lbs 13 oz 21 inches long.
