  Thanks @BeckyP005!  I spoke to the nurse this morning - they said since I haven't had any spotting or bleeding since Fri evening, that I should just wait until my appt on Weds to come in.  

  
  

  She also said I should not do any vigorous activity until 7 days after the last spotting... including no gym workouts, and not even walking on a treadmill for more than 10 minutes (which seems extreme but better to be on the safe side).  

  
  

  It is frustrating but I haven't had any cramping or bleeding since that one incident, so they don't think I should rush in.  It is definitely different seeing the regular OB vs my RE! (on Fri when I called in the first nurse who called said to just keep an eye on it and then 10 min later an RE nurse called me and offered me the Sat 9:30am appt.  I think the RE and RE nurses are more understanding of the stress when something like this happens).

  I have my first OB appt end of July and thought I was getting another u/s and nurse said no...just physical and talk. MH won't go to this one but he will go to the one where we can hear the heartbeat

  ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
  Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

  Thanks Ladies!  Just got back - everything looks great!  Our little bean was moving around a lot and we got to hear the hb - which was really cool!

  
  

  Since I haven't had any bleeding since, and everything looks good, my OB said I can go back to normal activity - except sex since they like you to wait 2 weeks just in case... which is fine since I haven't been in the mood since we found out!

  
  

  Only negative - turns out my OB no longer delivers at the hospital we chose - which is near us.  Only delivers out in the 'burbs now.  But she gave us the name of her colleague - same practice - who delivers at the hospital we like AND she is the Chief of the dept there - so a good sign.  We will see her at the next appt.
