  • yep. another booze infused weekend.

    ate pretty well. stuck to veggies and protein and passed on brownies and other sweet treats we had at the 2 cookouts we went to/had.

    but I drank....a lot.

    workout wise- I haven't run in 3 days. I was on my period and super crampy and today I was ready to wake up and run but it's supposed to rain allllll day long. So maybe a BBM later today? we will see...

    waiting for coffee to be done- NEED IT NOW!

  • We just got back from vacation last night and my goal was to maintain while gone, but I lost 1/2 a pound! Woohoo!

    Since my own weigh-in/measurements on 6/14/14, I am down 5 pounds, 3.5 inches in my bust, 2.75 inches in my waist, and 1.5 inches in my hips.
    I've gained almost two pounds since I weighed myself Friday morning, but I did drink and eat Friday and Saturday. I did pretty well with my choices but obviously not well enough. I got right back on track yesterday, and I will do the same today. I'm so happy to finally be noticing a difference in my body. 1.7 pounds to go (from Friday morning's weigh-in), and I will be the lightest I have been in two years! That's what keeps me motivated.

    I maintained over the weekend so I'm happy about that given the cook outs and parties. My goal is to work out at least four times this week and at least two of those to include running as I have a 5k a week from Sunday.

  • I am not doing well at all. I'm up six pounds since I started ww. I know my mindset doesn't help. I think I will try to do some kind of home work out (wii Zumba or a workout video) on days I don't go to the gym. Any other ideas?
