  Personally, I would go ahead and photoshop it out. It's not like you're editing out a birthmark or a part of who he is. It's a boo boo that of course children always manage to get right before pictures. Edit that bad boy out

  The beauty of photoshop is that you can keep the untouched original AND the touched up boo-boo free picture! I say photoshop if you are getting them printed for frames or gifts, but keep a copy of the untouched photo for a story to tell your little cutie later!

  I personally would photo shop it.
  Owen had horrible baby acne when he was 3 weeks and got his pictures done. She photo shopped it and you can't even tell it was altered.
  
  These pictures were for gifts and frames for my own home though.
