This is the first baby of my three that cries when he has a dirty diaper. He hated being changed the first few weeks but now he usually doesn't mind.

I picked SS bc it depends. Sometimes a dirty diap really pisses him off and he welcomes the diaper change. Sometimes he's fine with the dirty diaper and wails when I change him. Sometimes he doesn't seem to mind any of it!

He doesn't usually care if he has a dirty diaper at night, but will sometimes get fussy when he has pooped during the day. He sometimes tolerates diaper changes and sometimes hates them!

SS -LO usually doesn't mind a dirty/wet diaper, but there have been occasions where a diaper change made her happy (these happen fairly regularly as of late). She typically doesn't mind a diaper change - if the wipe is warmed a little. We keep it 68/69 degrees.

My LO loves diaper changes... He likes baths too, I think he likes being naked in general. His favorite spot is on his changing pad, this is where he smiles the most, he even fell asleep on it today.

My LO likes diaper changes. He calms right down and chills out during it, and usually gets all smiley. I think he just likes being naked and/or staring at the colourful pictures hanging on the wall above the changing station. If he is being non-stop fussy and we can't seem to soothe him he usually needs a diaper change, and then he's happy during the change and after. I guess the fussiness might be related to needing to be changed, but it's not like he freaks out as soon as he is wet (I know someone with a baby that screams the minute pee hits the diaper).

We're pretty lucky I guess.

DS2 normally doesn't mind either but he has woken up screaming right after he poops. He also doesn't like being on his back but will tolerate a change up to the point he's diapered.

SS, hates even slightly wet diapers but will sit happily in poop, she doesn't mind neing changed though and often starts smiling as soon as dirty diaper is removed

Wow - it's amazing how different each child is. And funny way to see their personalities!

My DD doesn't seem to mind wet or dirty except maybe very occasionally but usually *hates* diaper changes and has since the very first one in hospital.

DS doesn't always hate a dirty diaper, but most of the time I hear it happen and change it before he's in it too long anyway. A wet diaper will make him much more fussy. And he doesn't mind diaper changes most of the time. If I take to long cleaning a poopy one up he gets a bit mad though.

This, exactly. Even when DD hated the co-sleeper and the RnP (basically hated not being held), she always cooed and got happy on the changing table. The instant the wet diaper is off her skin, presto, instant happy baby!

I voted the first option. He hated poopy up his butt (who can blame him) and doesn't mind changes unless he has pooped up his back and then he is inconsolable!
