  Week/Fruit- 39/watermelon
  
  Good-7 days  until due date makes me feel hopeful. I even knitted hats for DD and finished cleaning this week
  
  Bad- I was hoping she would be here by now like DS was. Sucks because the longer she takes the less time I have with her since I'm a teacher. If she were born at 37 like DS I would have had practically the entire summer break off to bond with her. The longer she takes the more it's looking like I will only just barely get my 6 weeks. Damned American maternity system! But seriously it made me cry today thinking she would be overdue and not because I'm tired of being pregnant, simply because I want more time with her before going back to work.
  
  Ugly-- Mucous plug. Enough said haha Oh and acne..what the heck!? You were gone for months now you're back with a vengeance! Oh well.
  
  GTKY-- It was DS's birthday so we celebrated at Chuck E. Cheese in the early afternoon then spent the rest of the day swimming and what not. Very low key since I didn't know if I would be in labor or not, but he enjoyed it sooo much so I'm happy. We had BBQ chicken pizza to make up for the lack of real BBQ yesterday.

  Good: Monday is baby day!
  Bad/Ugly: No need to complain or vent, because soon it will all be over.
  GTKY: The actual 4th, home and watching nieghborhood fireworks from our living room;) Tonight we set off our own. I've been hardcore nesting getting all the final things ready for DH/DS for next week while I'm in the hosp., and my mom coming out to watch ds on Monday.

  Week/fruit: 37 weeks!
  
  Good/Bad/Ugly: got all the essentials ordered that were left on my registries plus a few extra things. LO seems to be moving good still and my feet are only swollen ever other day... And omg the pressure.
  
  GTKY: How was your Fourth of July/how did you spend it?
  Slept in, nested a bit, went swimming, and then had date night with DH at the movies. We saw Transformers and it was pretty good!

  Week/fruit: 39 weeks/Watermelon... although he definitely feels bigger than that

  
  

  Good: I've reached a place of peace and convinced myself I'm just going to be pregnant forever... kind of like when you tell yourself that the pool water will be colder than you think so it's not so bad...

  Bad: I haven't gotten many 'when are you due?' questions this time around, and when I tell people I'm due on the 12th, they say 'oh, wow! you don't look like you're ready to go that soon!', I just get irrationally pissed because I know they're full of shit. I look about a month OVERdue.

  Ugly: I started losing my mucous plug on Monday, and every time I go to the bathroom.. EVERY time... more comes out. For a lovely visual, it's like my vag is a huge, runny nose during cold season.

  
  

  GTKY: How was your Fourth of July/how did you spend it? We took DD to a carnival across the street at the middle school, and DH was right. Three is too young to deal. She had a wonderful time on the pony rides, but had a meltdown from there.
