Steam up the bathroom with a hot shower and sit in their with her for 15-20 minutes at a time. Saline drops for her nose if that gets too gunky. Keep an eye on her temperature and call if gets too high.
My 2 month old just got over a cold. I just used some saline spray and suctioned out snot a few times a day. I used a humidifier at night. Made sure he nursed as often as he wanted and slept enough.

Had our first baby, Samuel Robert, on April 17, 2014!
My three week old caught a cold too. It started last Sunday, she was wheezing and it scared me, so we brought her to the ER and the doctor said she had GERD because she was gagging. I didn't believe her so I made an appointment with her PCP Monday morning. I stayed up all night with her because she kept wheezing and coughing and she'd stop breathing. Her doctor on Monday said she had a cold and just keep an eye on her. She said she might have GERD a little, but she didn't believe it either. She told me to call on Tuesday to let her know how she did through the night, and maybe get an X-ray, but she did good through the night. Her cold is gone now. She gave it to me lol.
My ped said to put baby Vicks on the t-shirt or onesie and use a humidifier. And yes, watch the temp. Babies can spike crazy-high fevers out of nowhere. DS at 9 wks has gotten hand, foot, and mouth disease and a cold. That's life as a newborn with an almost-two year old sister. Bless his heart!!
Not much...my LO had one at 4 weeks. We have a nose Frida so I sucked her nose a lot. Also if you are nursing, push that as much as you can. Just like us when we are sick, push more fluids. Call your doc if she gets a temp
