My son has decided that purses are just not his thing.
We've tried broccoli and sweet potato fries. Both went over pretty well.
Tonight I'm going to try carrot sticks. Since I haven't done this before, what do you offer and how do you offer it (stick, chunk, cube?). Help.
Re: Baby Led Weaning
I tried to cut things into sticks when I could. All kinds of veggies, cut into sticks then bake. Also avocado, banana, cucumber, mandarin oranges from the fruit cups (the membranes from real oranges are too hard for littles.) Ground turkey, rotisserie chicken, cheese. Toast, crackers, pasta shape like penne or something easy to hold onto.
Really, she ate almost everything we ate right from the start.
