Trying to Get Pregnant

Timing..

How long did it take for you to get pregnant? If it took longer than 6 months did you end up going to the DR. About infertility ?

Re: Timing..

  • Yes I have the My Days App. Which has been helpful. And I did find out that my periods are every 32 days instead of 28 days so me thinking I was late was throwing me off. Now I know and I am getting better at the temp. And when I'm ovulating. Thank you. :)
  • Thank you! :)

It can take a healthy couple a year to conceive, you will not be seen by a doctor for "infertility" before that time.
unless you are 35 or older :)
Oh I know this all too well, I'm 41 in two months.

ETA; OP's post with no intro/background info made me assume she was much younger than the 35+ AMA range, so I didn't bother with the add-on. ;)

If you want your reply to actually show who you're speaking to, you need to use the quote button instead of the reply button, like I've done here.

  • I didn't know this. Sorry this is to all of you. I don't need to be made fun of for this. It's under each answer so I thought reply would reply to that answer.

@katydid2014, it could work fine if people would tag, but apparently there are people in this world who have made it all the way to 2014 without learning how to use the internet.

    Ok

I'm sorry. I'm a little confused by this statement. Temping is kind of an all or nothing kind of thing. If you don't do it everyday, it won't tell you anything. I'd recommend ditching the app you are using and signing up for fertility friend.
    My TTC History:
    2009: missed miscarriage #1 at 9 weeks (trisomy 16)
    2010: Infertility
2011: Diagnosis and treatment (low sperm count, anastrozole for DH, clomid for me + IUI)
    2012: Baby #1
    2014: Baby #2
October 2015: missed miscarriage #2 at 11 weeks (trisomy 22)
    March 2016 BFP#5, due November 2016.

Oh honey, you need to lighten up - if you're lacking a sense of humour and can't laugh at yourself just a little, this board will really not be a good fit for you.
