Anyone know why I can't get my sig to update?

I tried making changes and then re-saved it... no update. Then I erased everything and saved it.. it still showed all the old info. And, then I added everything back with the new changes and then saved it again. It still shows the signature from like 6 months ago.

Any ideas?
