I've only been out to restaurants with DD twice and both times I kept her in her stroller and held her as needed but I'm wondering what everyone else does with their LO's when you go to a restaurant? Stroller, car seat, hold them, wear them? I'm thinking there is probably a better option then what I've been doing...

Flip over the high chairs at your babies risk. That makes the whole set up really top heavy. Just takes an inadvertent bump in a busy restaurant...
The grocery cart thing is dangerous for the same reason. Google "infant death shopping cart"

Carrying the carseat is a pain but getting her out of it and back in is even worse!
Sorry, end rant.
This. If DD is too fussy, she gets a boob in her mouth. Works every time. Sometimes I take the scenic route to the restaurant so that LO falls asleep in her car seat.
