  I bought a complete furniture set for $250 off craigslist. Crib, dresser & changing table-dresser. I'll post a pic with a hopefully aw post on Monday after my a/s.
  
  I also bought an arms reach co sleeper for $50 off craigslist. The previous owner didn't like how it sat next to her bed, so she never used it.

  We received a great used jogging stroller from a friend of DH's, so that has been our best money-saver so far.
  
  Other items picked up second-hand: baby bath, swing, changing table, Boppy with two covers (used once), comfy reclining chair and ottoman for nursery -- all for less than $200.

  Nice finds ladies! We scored a brand new Ergo carrier with infant insert off craigslist for $80 but my best deal so far has been a "fill a bag for $3" deal at a rummage sale and I scooped up 12 pairs of baby pants, 5hooded bath towels, a new package of newborn mittens, 2 sleep sacks, 5 newborn hats and a moby wrap. Since it was all in one bag it was only $3 total! I loovvveee finding a good deal!!

  Your glider looks so comfy! I hope to find one similar. No "finds" for me persay, I haven't really started looking yet but one of my closest friends just had her second (and last) baby in April and has been starting boxes for me of everything her LO hadn't used/outgrown. She has an angelcare monitor and medela breast pump, both of which were never opened already packed for me. Score!

  @maryhr1‌ I was thinking of possibly making a slipcover to protect the fabric too but it is pretty cozy already.
  
  
  @dragonfly1809‌ it is so cozy, I sat in it for too long and nearly fell asleep lol
  
  @taberbtb‌ hand me downs are amazing! I am all set for clothes for the first 2 years thanks to them.

  @2redtulips‌ you are definitely a bargain hunter :-). I hope to find more bargains too.

  It was a church rummage sale, so throughout the day prices kept dropping until everything was 'fill a bag for $3' because after that it was all going to be donated to the local goodwill.  We just happened to find it at the last minute and now I'm spoiled thinking every rummage/garage sale should be like that lol.

  
  

  I meant to mention in my other post that the glider you found is BEAUTIFUL!!!!  It'll make those late night feeding/snuggle sessions even better knowing you're rocking on something that was such an awesome deal .

  Awesome deal!! I love garage sale! I found a barely used pack n play a while ago for $25. The guy said his daughter hated it, so they only used it once or twice.
  
  I love getting DD's clothes at garage sales, too. A couple of the best deals I've found have been jackets and fleeces for $2.50.
