It was fun. It got me sweaty, out of breath, and my legs burning, so I think it did it's job. And looking at her body is good motivation. I wonder how many squats I need to do to get an ass like that? Hopefully my neighbors weren't watching through the window, because I am pretty sure I did not look at all cool while doing this.

With my first, I was running tons, eating like a horse and got pretty skinny and I still made plenty of milk. So, anecdote, but I wouldn't worry. And if you feel like you start under producing, it's likely not irreversible. Just up your calories!
I'm debating if I should try to take it easy on the food and drink and run this evening after it cools off. We're still debating if it's worth trying to have our 2 year old stay up late enough to watch fireworks.
@Spooko I just do a bunch of stretches when I'm feeling antsy, but don't have time/the inclination to do a full work out.I call it happy legs when your body feels like running a marathon, but your mind is too tired IYKWIM.
