NBR: Book recommendation

Headed on vacay for 2 wks tomorrow (with DD).. Going to attempt to read a book. Any rec's? I like chick lit but nothing too cheesy (no over the top romances). Just something fun & easy to read!

    I've recently discovered a new author: Sandra Brown. Her books are easy reads. I've read Envy and The Witness.
    Eta I meant new for me - she's probably been around a while. Also, her books are relatively inexpensive on my e-reader.

    I love Janet Evanovich. Very funny and easy to read books. They are perfect vacation reads IMO.

    Anything by Sarah Addison Allen and Emily Giffin. I just read a book called The Husband's Secret by Liane Moriarty and really liked it. I've read a couple Elin Hilderbrand books that are perfect for the beach.

    Agreed! I really like her but not sure she'd be considered light reading. She covers some very heavy topics!

    I just got "One More Thing" by BJ Novak and it's super funny. I'd definitely recommend it for summer reading!

    Anything Sophie Kinsella, very light and hilarious (she wrote the Shopaholic series, though her others are better).

    Me: 33, DH: 39   Unexplained Infertility

    4 IUIs (chlomid) in 2013 which resulted in DS born in April 2014

    TTC #2 since August 2015

    5 rounds of IUIs (1 chlomid: resistent, 1 femara, 3 gonal f) = all BFN

    ER March 9: 26 eggs retrieved, 19 mature and 17 fertilized, 8 made it to genetic testing, 4 normal!

    FET #1 5/31 = BFN

    FET#2 7/26 = BFP!
