fx house hunt

We're going to look at a house for the second time tomorrow!

It's unreasonably priced though, way too high for the work it needs.  But I'm hopeful that they'll accept an offer if we make it.  It would be in the same school district we're already in so no need to redo IEP's.  It's a 3 bedroom ranch which would give us room for the boys to have a sensory playroom (my dream for them) and for me to have a sewing room (my dream for me).

It's already pretty handicap accessible with a ramp off the deck and extra wide hallways and doors.  

I'm so excited to see it again and see if it really could be in our price range.
